Plus the materials design and production, of course.

Полное проведение 3-дневного проекта под ключ: от дизайна материалов до организации флэш-моба и гала-концерта, включая встречи участников из других регионов (180 человек надо было встретить в разное время в аэропорту и на вокзале), организацию работы конференции и штурмов, параллельные блитц-проекты на множество групп, неформальные награждения, концерт и массу сопутствующих мелочей; дизайн и производство материалов.
